Hey all! Did not know where to put this. Accessible electronics, because this little gem is accessible. Geeks are us, because it is a tech product?
Anyway, my cell phone uses a micro sd card and anytime I've bought a new one just recently, my computer doesn't recognize it. I'm not sure if they have tweaked the new models just enough and my laptop is too old to see them...?
I bought a small USB adaptor. My micro sd slides right into this little device, then I connect the USB drive to my laptop. It is brilliant so far! My laptop treats it like any USB thumb drive, and the device looks just like a USB thumb drive.
It has a keychain thing on it, and it comes in to pieces that slide into each other. Thus protecting your micro sd for storage.
So far everything is great, just drop this little gem into your computer bag or pocket. You can always have it on hand or carry an extra micro sd.
I'm having to use my micro sd more often lately, because for some reason I can't send myself ringtones anymore. I need to save them under my sounds on my sd card, then send them to myself that way. A bit more of a walk around, but still great custom ringers!
Just thought I'd rave about it a little!
